HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER

Programs are available to active duty and their dependents, military retirees and their dependents, and civilian DoD employees. Classes and events are held periodically which allow base contractors and the entire San Angelo community to participate; however, call to verify.

The HAWC has a wide variety of pamphlets on topics such as stress management, smoking and your heart, fitness, healthy cooking, women and men health, etc. All of these publications are available for the taking.

The HAWC offers a terrific selection of video tapes that can be checked out for additional information. Topics range from high blood pressure to cardiovascular disease, from fitness/exercise to nutrition, from alcohol/drugs to smoking, and many more. Individuals interested in checking out a video must come to the HAWC and sign a check out slip.

Organizations interested in learning more about the subjects listed in the first paragraph and more can call the HAWC and schedule an appointment.

7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Closed on weekends and federal holidays

Note: Every second Tuesday of the Month, the HAWC will be Closed due to in-house training.
